Insurance Billing Policy
Holistic Health Care Centers bills insurance based on the information provided by the patient at the time of registration. If insurance information is provided and a service is verified as a covered benefit under the patient’s plan, the clinic submits a claim and collects applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, which are often collected at the time of service.
Self-pay rates are available for services that are not covered by a patient’s insurance plan or when the clinic is not in network with the patient’s insurer.
Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate insurance information. Changes to billing may be required if insurance information is updated or coverage is later identified.
Insurance benefit verification may take up to four business days and is not a guarantee of coverage.
