Insurance Billing Policy
Holistic Health Care Centers bills insurance based on the information provided by the patient at the time of registration. If insurance information is provided, HHCC will submit claims according to the patient’s plan and collect any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, which are often collected at the time of service.
Self-pay rates are available for services that are not covered by a patient’s insurance plan or when the clinic is not in network with the patient’s insurer.
Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate insurance information. Changes to billing may be required if insurance information is updated or additional coverage details are identified.
Insurance benefit verification may take up to four business days. Benefit information is provided by the insurance company as an estimate and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Final coverage and patient responsibility are determined once the claim is processed by the insurance company.
